The MGI Group is looking for an Investor Relations Manager for the US market to join our team in New York or remotely in the US at the earliest opportunity.
As MGI’s IR Manager you will work closely with the Head of IR to handle inbounds and educate investors and equity research analysts about MGI, while improving the visibility amongst US investors.
Your Day to Day:
Build a deep understanding of MGI’s strategy, market position, operating initiatives and financials
Develop proactive investor targeting schedules, including NDRs, conference participation and Capital Market Days as well as individual investor meetings in US
Monitor and internally report on industry trends, peer news and financial results by continuously tracking sell-side research, financial news, transcripts, and press releases in US
Communicate directly and proactively with current and potential investors in US
Incorporate US investor perspective into quarterly earnings presentations and other IR presentations, including drafting press releases and preparing and assisting in the preparation of external earnings documents.
Work with marketing and public relations teams (internal and external) on the ground to ensure that consistent messaging is presented to analysts, institutional investors and individual shareholders in US
Your Profile:
Proactive outgoing senior serious representative character & skilled personality
Deep understanding of the institutional investor ecosystem in US
Deep understanding of the financial media ecosystem in US
4+ years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or investor relations or related field
Prior experience working in a dynamic, high growth organization
Strong network of institutional investors, brokers and multipliers in US would be advantageous.
Ability to collaborate and work with multiple internal and external constituencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Quantitative and financial modeling experience.
Willing to occasionally work outside normal office hours as shares are traded on exchanges in Europe.
